ELCOM3000 provides free browser games for personal entertainment to UK residents aged 18 and over. By accepting these Terms, you confirm you meet both requirements.
Entertainment only.
All games are free. There are no purchases, deposits, cash prizes, prizes of value or opportunities to win money. Scores and achievements have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed.
Each game follows the instructions shown on its information page. Previews are automatic demonstrations and do not save results.
Your account.
Provide accurate account details, keep your password private and sign out on shared devices. A free account gives access to all 115 casual games. Seven guest games remain available without an account; the same UK and 18+ audience restrictions apply.
Your account keeps compatible saved rounds, scores and achievements. Do not sell accounts, share credentials or attempt to bypass another account’s access controls. Support requests must not contain passwords.
Rounds, progress and interruptions.
Compatible games save unfinished rounds periodically and when you pause or leave. Reopen a game and choose Continue saved round where available. An abrupt shutdown may lose the latest actions.
Finished attempts update your personal records. Signed-in progress follows your account; guest saves and favourites stay in this browser. Report an issue with its game title and round identifier where available.
Player controls.
Use the Player Care page for account breaks. A confirmed break signs out active sessions and blocks account play until its end time; it cannot be cancelled early. Do not create another account to evade it.
Pause, sound controls and reduced effects help you choose a comfortable pace. They do not replace your own limits or independent support. The entire site, including guest games, is 18+.
Fair use and availability.
Do not exploit bugs, automate abusive requests, disrupt the service, bypass age or access restrictions, or infringe rights in site artwork and software. Personal play does not grant permission to redistribute these assets.
Games need JavaScript and suitable browser support. Availability can vary. Compatible casual saves are periodic; browser clearing removes local records. Features and these Terms may change; the current version is published on this page.
Contact and privacy.
Use Contact for game, account, privacy or accessibility requests. A saved request receives a reference. Keep that reference and do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the request.
The Privacy and Cookies pages describe stored information and your controls. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
