ELCOM3000 uses information to provide accounts, games, saved progress and player controls. There are no advertising or analytics trackers installed.
Account and eligibility records.
Registration stores your name, email, an Argon2id password hash and creation time. Passwords are not stored as plain text. Session tokens are stored as hashes and expire after fourteen days.
At registration we record your confirmation of UK residency, age 18+ and the current Terms, along with its date. Any chosen account-break end time is stored separately from acceptance. We do not request a date of birth or identity document. Confirmation is self-declared.
Game records.
Signed-in play stores per-mode results, compatible saved rounds, achievements and your table accent under your account. These records support continuity across visits and devices.
Favourites and earlier device records remain in your browser. Guest saves are local. Preview demonstrations do not add account results. Use Contact for access, correction or deletion requests.
Requests and support.
The Contact form stores your email, topic, message, request reference and date, together with your account identifier when signed in. This is used to handle the request. Avoid including sensitive personal details, passwords or payment information.
The optional report-preparation tool only formats text in the page. Copying it places that text on your clipboard. It submits nothing until you separately use the support form.
Cookies, hosting and security.
Essential cookies maintain sign-in, protect requests and remember adult eligibility. The Cookies page lists their purposes and lifetimes. Game assets and fonts load from this site. No payment service, advertising network or third-party analytics script is connected.
The serving system may log requested URLs, timestamps, browser details and IP addresses for operation and security. Short-lived hashed rate-limit keys protect account and game requests. Password hashes, request checks and access controls reduce risk; no system can promise perfect security.
Keeping and controlling information.
Account and game records remain while the account is active. Support requests remain until handled and any necessary follow-up is complete. Expired sessions and eligibility visits are removed during routine account operations. There is no claim that browser clearing deletes server records.
Use Contact for access, correction or deletion requests. Identity checks may be needed to protect the account. Browser controls and Clear this device remove local favourites and records; they do not delete account saves. We do not sell your information or use your email for marketing.
